1. Warranty Coverage

GLIXO warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original delivery.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from GLIXO or through our authorized retailers.

2. What is Covered

  • Structural defects in solid wood components (ash, walnut)

  • Defects in steel framework and joints

  • Manufacturing flaws in finishes and assemblies

  • Damage resulting from proper assembly and normal use

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Improper assembly or failure to follow care instructions

  • Normal wear and tear including minor scratches, dents, or finish changes

  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or sunlight

  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Transportation damage (see shipping policy below)

4. Shipping and Service Fees

  • UK Warranty Service: £5.99 flat rate (2-4 business days)

  • International Warranty Service: £23.99 flat rate (3-17 business days)

  • Free service shipping on warranty claims for orders originally exceeding £160

5. Warranty Claim Process

  • Provide a refund or credit

7. Additional Rights

  • This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law

  • The 45-day return policy applies separately to new purchases

  • Warranty claims do not extend the original warranty period

8. Limitations and Transfer

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • GLIXO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary under local laws
